These Terms & Conditions are a legal agreement between you and Future Wise a trading name of VERSUSTANDARD LDA, based in Portugal. By accessing the Future Wise website, purchasing or booking any of our services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of our platform. Continued use after future updates constitutes acceptance of those updates.

2. What We Provide

Future Wise is a leadership platform built on the belief that better humans make better leaders. We provide leadership development through the book Lead Human, the Lead Human Talk, and the Reset Call.

All information, coaching, and materials provided by Future Wise are intended for educational and personal development purposes. Nothing provided by Future Wise should be interpreted as financial, legal, medical, or professional advice. We are not licensed therapists, and our services are not a substitute for mental health support, therapy, or clinical treatment. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please seek support from a licensed professional.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age, or have the permission of a parent or legal guardian, to use our services. By engaging with Future Wise, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate.

4. Bookings and Communication

If you book a Reset Call, the Lead Human Talk, or Mentorship, you are responsible for providing accurate contact information and attending at the agreed time. Please notify us as early as possible if you need to reschedule.

5. Payments

Prices for the Reset Call, the Lead Human Talk, and any other paid offering are displayed before purchase or agreed directly with you, and are processed securely through trusted third-party payment providers. Prices may change over time, but any purchase already made will remain unaffected unless otherwise stated.

6. Refund Policy

Reset Calls cancelled with at least 12 hours' notice may be rescheduled at no charge. Cancellations with less notice are not eligible for a refund.

7. Intellectual Property

The Lead Human framework, the Four Dimensions, the content of the book Lead Human, and all materials used in the Lead Human Talk, Mentorship, and the Reset Call are the property of Future Wise and are protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy, distribute, reproduce, modify, teach, or resell any part of this content or framework without prior written permission. Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

8. Personal Use Only

Your purchase of the book or any digital resource provides a personal, non-transferable license to use that material for your own development. Services such as the Reset Call, and the Lead Human Talk, are delivered to the specific person or group who booked them and may not be resold or transferred.

9. Outcomes Disclaimer

Leadership development involves real personal work, and outcomes vary from person to person. Future Wise does not promise or guarantee specific results, career outcomes, or changes in leadership performance from the book, the Reset Call, the Lead Human Talk, or Mentorship. You are responsible for your own decisions and actions following any engagement with Future Wise.

10. Conduct

We ask that anyone engaging with Future Wise, whether through a Reset Call, the Lead Human Talk, Mentorship, or the contact form, does so respectfully. We reserve the right to decline or end an engagement in cases of harassment, abuse, or illegal conduct.

11. Third-Party Services

Our platform may use third-party services for payment processing, email communication, and scheduling. These services operate under their own terms and privacy policies. Future Wise is not responsible for the availability or functionality of third-party platforms.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Future Wise shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, book, or services, including decisions made following a Reset Call, the Lead Human Talk, or Mentorship. Your engagement with Future Wise is at your own discretion and risk.
